These training plans use a standardised model while remaining flexible to the individual interests and lifestyle of each user. The plans have been designed by Strength and Conditioning coaches who specialise in adventure sports with experience of training for expeditions and adventures. Each plan is purchased on the Training peaks website and can be started on a date you choose. Once you own the plan you can use it as many times as you like by downloading the Training Peaks app for free.

12 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAMME

Perfect for those training towards alpine peaks or long distance races and events.

Built around you and your lifestyle this short intensive programme will pack in serious workouts to get results fast. Focussing on the specific phase of a training programme. This is best for people already with a good history of training, but who want help fine tuning their programme prior to an event or race.

16 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAMME

Perfect for those training towards more technical peaks or expeditions and adventure races.

We build in short compact training phases to get the most out of your available time. This will include more periodisation and allowing time for improving skills and base fitness.

From £150pm*

24 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAMME

Perfect for those training for higher peaks such as Island peak or Ama Dablam in the Himalayas. 

Also recommended for those new to training. This plan takes you through all the training phases and gives you enough time to really benefit from a training programme.

24 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAMME

Perfect for those training for hard or technical mountains and ultra distance adventure racing.  

Also recommended for those new to training. This plan takes you through all the training phases and a full periodisation programme, including fitness performance tests, base fitness training, skill improvement and specific training phase.
