These training plans use a standardised model while remaining flexible to the individual interests and lifestyle of each user. The plans have been designed by Strength and Conditioning coaches who specialise in adventure sports with experience aof training for expeditions and adventures. Each plan is purchased on the Training peaks website and can be started on a date you choose. Once you own the plan you can use it as many times as you like by downloading the Training Peaks app for free.
