These training plans use a standardised model while remaining flexible to the individual interests and lifestyle of each user. The plans have been designed by Strength and Conditioning coaches who specialise in adventure sports with experience of training for expeditions and adventures. Each plan is purchased on the Training peaks website and can be started on a date you choose. Once you own the plan you can use it as many times as you like by downloading the Training Peaks app for free.

Perfect for those training towards more technical peaks or expeditions that require multiple days of trekking and climbing. 

We build in short compact training phases to get the most out of your available time.

24 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAMME

Perfect for those training for higher peaks such as Island peak or Ama Dablam in the Himalayas. 

Also recommended for those new to training. This plan takes you through all the training phases and gives you enough time to really benefit from a training programme.
