Our standard training plans provide you with an easy to follow schedule accessed through the Training peaks online App.
Each plan consists of the relevant training needed before attempting a Himalayan peak or high altitude trek.
Elements of the training include gym work, running, cycling and mountain walking.
Plans are not bespoke to you and have been designed with a basic level of fitness in mind. That means someone not currently taking part in training but has been involved in exercise in the past through sport or gym activity. At Adventure Fitness Consultants we're passionate about keeping you fit and active so that you can continue enjoying the outdoor activities that you love. We offer physiotherapy consultations at the Boulder Hut in Ellesmere Port every Tuesday evening.
We also offer video call consultations for a more flexible service.

The service includes a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan to help with a wide variety of musculoskeletal problems and sports injuries. We strongly believe that prevention is better than cure and offer comprehensive injury prevention advice and prehabiltation programmes specific to your outdoor adventure activities.
