TESTIMONIALS
“I started physio sessions with Sam last July as I was suffering intermittent knee and ankle pain, the cause of which was linked to my mild cerebral palsy.
My initial consultation with Sam was really refreshing as he actually took the time to not only understand my medical history but also establish the sporting activities that I enjoyed but was prevented from taking part in due to the pain I would experience.
Since then I have been working with Sam monthly with the focus of not just addressing the immediate pain I was experiencing, but to also improve my overall muscle strength and biomechanics to ensure I can get back to doing the sports I love.
The great thing about Sam is that he doesn't just give you exercises to do and send you on your way, he makes sure to explain what each exercise will achieve and the different areas we will focus on each month which really helps me to stay motivated.
Overall I have really benefitted from physio sessions with Sam, not only does he know what he's doing he's a really nice chap too.”
