Whether you are a beginner looking to take your first steps into the world of mountaineering or an experienced climber aiming to tackle more challenging peaks, our mountain training plans are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.

At Adventure Fitness Consultants, we understand that climbing mountains requires a unique set of physical, mental, and technical skills. That's why our training programmes focus on building a strong foundation of fitness, developing climbing skills, and improving mental resilience to help you succeed in the mountains. From cardiovascular conditioning and strength training to rock and ice climbing techniques, our comprehensive approach to training will prepare you for the challenges of any mountain challenge.

Our Mountain Training plans come as 12 week, 16 week and 24 week options. 

However you can decide at any time to cancel or extend your training. 

All plans follow a periodisation template tried and tested by adventure athletes.

12 Week - Designed for mountains in the Alps such as Matterhorn and Mt Blanc.

16 Weeks - Designed for longer alpine trips and smaller peaks of the Himalayas such as Island Peak, Lobuche and Everest Base Camp.

24 Weeks- Designed for extended trips to the Alps or the Himalayas such as Ama Dablam and Mt Everest.
