Are you ready to take your running to the next level? Our specialised training plans for Trail and Ultra Marathon Training are designed to help you achieve your goals and prepare you for the physical and mental demands of racing and events.

Our dedicated team of experienced coaches are here to support you every step of the way on your journey to becoming an ultra runner. The 12,16 or 24 WEEK training plans are designed on the Training Peaks app and takes into account fitness levels, running experience, and race goals. Whether you are a beginner looking to complete your first ultra race or a seasoned ultra runner aiming to improve your performance, we have the expertise and resources to help you succeed.

 

Our training programmes include a variety of training options to meet your needs and schedule. From home workouts to online strength training feedback, we offer a range of services to accommodate runners of all levels and abilities.

Our training programmes incorporates a mix of long runs, speed work, hill repeats, strength training, and cross-training to help you build the necessary endurance, strength, and mental toughness to tackle ultra distances. We also provide guidance on nutrition, hydration, gear, and race day strategies to ensure you are fully prepared for race day.

12 Week Training plan - Ideal for those with short timesclae to prepare for a race.

16 Week Training Plan - Perfect for those looking to increase performance and fitness prior to a race or event.

24 Week Training Plan - This plan takes you through all training phases and gives your the best chance for performance and success with your race or event.
