Our standard training plans provide you with an easy to follow schedule accessed through the Training peaks online App.
Each plan consists of the relevant training needed before attempting a Himalayan peak or high altitude trek.
Elements of the training include gym work, running, cycling and mountain walking.
Plans are not bespoke to you and have been designed with a basic level of fitness in mind. That means someone not currently taking part in training but has been involved in exercise in the past through sport or gym activity. SCOTTISH WINTER SKILLS: 2 DAY COURSE
8th - 9th February 2020
This two day course in Scotland will teach you essential winter skills including: navigation, use of crampons and ice axes, movement in winter conditions, avalanche awareness and safety.

A mountain endurance challenge covering the 14 highest peaks in North Wales... all in 24 hours!
We begin our challenge on the summit of Mt Snowdon and will navigate our way through valleys and over mountains to reach our finish line on the summit of Foel Fras.
