What happens when I sign up?

You will receive a confirmation email and an invitation to set you up on Training Peaks. You will then get four workouts a week on your training plan calendar which are changed every four weeks to keep your training routine new and fun

Why book with Adventure Fitness Consultants?

Our set training plans are geared towards athletes not wanting a full bespoke plan but would like to have access and support to workouts designed to improve performance towards their chosen activity. The set plans give an element of flexibility for those that can't commit to a full time plan meaning you can control your own calendar and plan workouts around your work and commitments. With the Training Peaks premium account you also have access to all the data and ability to log, create and plan workouts and training as you like. This also keeps the plan affordable and and encourages athletes to maintain a consistent training schedule to increase performance.

What if I get injured or need a break?

I work very closely with Sam the physiotherapist who can help with injuries however if you need a break I can pause your training plan and monthly direct debit so you don’t feel pressured into training which can cause it’s own problems.

How long do I need to sign up for?

Minimum is four months.
