Our standard training plans provide you with an easy to follow schedule accessed through the Training peaks online App.

Each plan consists of the relevant training needed before attempting a Himalayan peak or high altitude trek.

Elements of the training include gym work, running, cycling and mountain walking.

Plans are not bespoke to you and have been designed with a basic level of fitness in mind. That means someone not currently taking part in training but has been involved in exercise in the past through sport or gym activity. If you would like more information on choosing the right plan for you, then please use our contact form to get in touch.
