Our standard training plans provide you with an easy to follow schedule accessed through the Training peaks online App.
Each plan consists of the relevant training needed before attempting a Himalayan peak or high altitude trek.
Elements of the training include gym work, running, cycling and mountain walking.
Plans are not bespoke to you and have been designed with a basic level of fitness in mind. That means someone not currently taking part in training but has been involved in exercise in the past through sport or gym activity.
